3D-printed houses are the fastest-growing construction technology. A concrete mix is extruded layer-by-layer through a robotic nozzle — no formwork, no manual mixing. The automated process cuts waste by 60% and reduces build time to 24–72 hours for the shell structure.

In partnership with the University of Belgrade Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and ECM-IoT d.o.o., we have built the first pilot structures in Serbia using locally sourced concrete modified with rapid-curing additives suited to Serbian climate conditions.
